They not only pushed all the boundaries to fix the issue for us, but also provide us professional suggestions of potential risks on the drainage system due to the long history of the house with old and narrow pipes. We feel blessed to have them fixed the problem, eventually after 5 hours of non-stop work, especially in a cold winter day. “Our kitchen sink drainage line had a clog, so my wife and I decided to go with Pristine Plumbing because of their excellent reviews. Daniel returned my call right away and was able to accommodate our appointment request for within a few days. We are very happy with the service we received from Michael, who arrived promptly at 8:00 as scheduled. He was friendly, honest and efficient. Michael listened to our concerns before assessing the situation and providing us with a fair quote. In no time he cleaned out our kitchen drainage pipe and completely cleared the clog, while keeping us informed along the way. He even provided tips on what we could do to prevent future problems. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and no mess was left. The price we paid was very reasonable; about half the price of what a plumber from a different company charged to clear a clog two years ago. Michael from Pristine Plumbing did a more thorough job and even installed a bathroom faucet that we provided and tested our water pressure without charging extra. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.”

“Used to be a great place, but prices are across the board higher than Craigslist. Considering all items are donated not a good thing. They price things based on half the cost of new at Home Depot, which is one of the most expensive places to by renovation materials. As an example I can purchase brand new glass mosaic tiles for $2 a square foot at Home Idol in Burnaby, they sell for way more on donated odds and ends.”
