We spent our life savings on a heritage home in New Westminster. We knew it has some problems - but never dreamed we would find out that it had so many issues. Our friends hired Troico for their kitchen remodel. They suggested we check them out. We are so happy we did. They gave us back the house we thought we bought to begin with. They dealt with bad electrical, gas lines that were not installed properly and all the structural problems. We have a home we are so happy with and most importantly it's safe, thank you!

My wife and I popped into Troico last spring to get our kitchen and upper floor in our house done. We had 2 neighbours on the street that hired Troico and both houses turned out great. We were a bit concerned as our house was more modern than the other 2 projects on the street, but the designer did a great job keeping the modern feeling of the house. Mike was great in helping us keep our budget in line during the initial meetings We came in on time and on budget can't say enough good things about their process, our designer Nancy and Richard our project manager. thanks for a job well done. We had Troico complete a renovation on our house in Nov of 2018 in Vancouver - we opted to go for higher end finishes on the main floor and the upper floor we did as builder grade. Our designer Nancy was super helpful in keeping us in budget. When we had to reconfigure the space upstairs to fit a more budget friendly approach it was easy to work with her and Mike to get this done. Our house just sold in a down market for over asking, the realtor said it was due to the quality of the renovation. We just bought another fixer upper, we have started plans to do it all again. Thanks Troico for the quality job.

Saw the reviews and it was all 5 Star and a few 1 Star....being a business owner I usually chalk that up to a great company and the odd nightmare customer, so I decided to take a chance. Could not have been happier with the team I dealt with. Product was great, installation team was efficient and professional, and the management/owner was very pleasant to deal with.
