“Very inexperienced staffs and does not care about their patients well being whatsoever. My mother got discharge and the hospital transferred the documents to them and she is under a special program where she did not have to pay. The pharmacy refused to help out and made my mom pay the full amount on the spot. Since my mother needed her medication the same day we had to pay the amount and now figure out how to get reimburse by pharmacare. I even got the hospital to call back and explain but they refused. Also, the pharmacist said the prescription would take 2 hours, they took 4 hours to do it! I called them back and Joy was amazing she helped out and went beyond. Definitely changed my rating from a 1 to a 4.”

“Excellent staff and well appointed public area's make this a retirement community worth considering. The residents who I spoke with said positive things about the food. However I always recommend that folks research the food by booking a lunch with the sales person at the Renaissance and see if you enjoy the food. They also offer above ground outdoor parking - this cannot be taken for granted because often the underground parking structures at retirement residences offer tight parking spots with looming insurance claims. Amenities include: - a private dining room with kitchen so residence can host their families for special events - computer room for residents who want to send the occasional email without the burden of having a computer in their own suite - minibus for shuttle service to local shopping, entertainment and special events - beautiful beautiful outdoor shaded gazebo and social area”

“Ashley is AMAZING!!! I was in pain from having tight neck muscles. The pain ran up the back of my head, which caused me also have headaches. I met Ashley while traveling, and after complaining about my neck issue, she kindly offered to try a special massage technique on me. She spent about 20 minutes on me, and…….. OMG!!! A few minutes after I got up, I could feel the muscles instantly started to relax and the tension melting like butter!! It was like magic!!! All of the pain, tension and the headache were gone!! I was at awe!! It’s been two weeks since I've had this massage technique done by Ashley and my neck still feels great! Whereas before it would tighten back up a few days after getting a regular deep tissue massage. I HIGHLY commend her!!! If I lived there; I would without question, be a regular client of hers. “We really like taking our daughter for classes here. Can only speak for under 4yo classes, but even older classes seem good. They have a viewing area that's on the 2nd floor that overlooks the entire gym. The gym is also very large and has a wide variety of stations. Typically pretty clean. And all but one of the coaches have been great (the one coach just seems new and inexperienced)”

“I've been going to small group classes (max 6 people) for 3.5 months. Each class packs a lot of punch in a short time frame. The trainers are fun and energetic and they will adapt exercises to your individual fitness levels. I love that they push me through my comfort zone and keep me motivated. Although the cost is higher than your typical gym membership the value is in the personal attention and nutrition training. Crux is an excellent option for those who want personal training but can't afford typical 1-1 training.”

“Michelle is a very talented hair stylist with decades of experience. She got poached from a very well-known men's barber shop in Delta, BC. If you are shy, discombobulated, or not sure what to do with your hair, or you are looking for advice on a new hairstyle look no further than Michelle at Royal Cuts. Other hair stylists would cut my hair too short, use the electric-trimmer, and rush through the cut. She knew exactly how much hair to take off, and what would be a safe length for my cut for my hair type. If you have thinning hair she knows how to help you. She was totally willing to use the scissors and asked up front if I wanted scissors or the electric trimmer. I hadn't seen my curls in years and it made me so happy to look in the mirror and see it again.”

“The first thing that comes to mind when I think about why I love living at Langley Gardens is the feeling of 'home'. I could live with my family but I don't want to because I have done it once before, went with a plan to stay 1 month and only lasted 3 days! Langley Gardens allows me to be as busy as I would like to be or as quiet and private when I want to be. Some of the things I love about living here are 1) Social environment and activities 2) location is perfect being close to community businesses or the walking trails near by. 3) The food is wonderful and the fact that I don't have to cook anymore! Chef Matt is very good to talk to and anything you like to change he is open to discussing with me. Overall I feel happy, comfortable and contented living here. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!”

“Not sure what the deal is with the 1 star review. Clearly this guy doesn't know Paul. Personally, every person in my family has seen Paul and we've never been happier! I've also had massage therapy and Physio by Paul's team of HIGHLY qualified staff. Never had a problem. They direct bill and the rates are right in line with industry averages. Professionally we've helped Paul with floor coverings for his offices, because he has a genuine compassion about health and the environment and doesn't want his clients breathing in carcinogens. All around awesome guy and great company. Cheers!”
