I came in with a broken bottom bracket on the bike, the repair shop fixed it up very quickly and was a lot less than expected. Awesome !

I really like this place, but I am regularly stumped why they don't stock more cycling options. I guess that much smaller than the downtown store, but so much space is spent on women's casual and work clothing, and I'd rather that space used otherwise. Knowledgeable staff, and nice, too.

You need an MEC membership to shop here. We didn't know, it's only 5 dollars, but it is completely compulsory.

The selection of items is good, it stocks all the best brands and labels, and has knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We were helped by a lady names Nicky, who was from Newcastle, England. She helped us in our long and lonesome search within the water bottle Isle. Our cashier was polite too!

Slightly pricey, but you get good service for it - there is a lot of friendly staff to answer questions! Will visit again next paycheck.
