Hands down the best shop to get your bike tuned-up. Adam clearly loves bikes and took the time to explain things and show me what he did. It's a bit of a drive for me but after the first service I realized it was well worth it. Will definitely be my go to shop moving forward.
Ash and Adam go above and beyond! Not only do they know their stuff, it was a huge relief knowing I was able to bring my partner's neglected bike to this incredibly trustworthy team for some much needed care. We appreciate how dedicated they've been in sourcing hard-to-find parts while keeping in mind the best value for our needs.
Adam did a phenomenal job with my bike and I will definitely be going back. I got a suspension service on my bike and the bike feels better than it did brand new three years ago. Adam takes the time to chat with you, figure out what you need fixed/what your riding style is and makes sure you get the most out of your bike.
I would say the best way to describe the service is it feels like Adam is treating your bike like it is his own.
I can’t say enough good things about Adam and his wicked MTB fixing skills. Helps me out every time since I don’t have skill/tools or means to fix bikes. Super knowledgeable and does not hesitate to pass it on.
Ever since Bicycle Hub closed and Dave-o moved to Kamloops, I've been looking for an independent service shop. Adam was my neighbor and once I found out he wrenched on bikes I gave him a shot. He fixed what needed to be fixed quickly and gave me a straight up report very much like Dave would do.
He is extremely passionate about what he does and is always eager to explain what he did, and why he did it. He offers up a lot of advice and care tips to keep your ride running smoothly and for a long time. He's very detail oriented and wants to make sure nothing is missed. His shop is super clean and organized as well.
I have a good fleet of bikes and now that his shop's open, I'll be bringing them in on a regular basis as my kids love bikes and so do the wife and I. I just got my Spartan back after having the seat post rebuilt and next he'll be redoing the suspension.
Bikes are always cleaned and polished, which is a really nice touch. Just be respectful and bring it in reasonably clean!
Bring him some Kombucha and he wont forget you.
