I have been fortunate to receieve empowering personal training sessions energizing group workouts!! I have participated in their free saturday bootcamp class as well. This group is incredibly supportive! John and Eyal deserve great praise for their attention to their clients needs, supportive dispositions and very knowledgable expertise. I am looking forward to continuing my lifestyle journey with them at their new location! Highly recommend!!
