I have gone to so many gyms and nothing stuck. This place keeps me accountable and i can track my progress easily with their program! The workout is for all different levels and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this bootcamp!
I have been a member for a month now and I absolutely LOVE being part of Burke Mountain Boot Camp. I’m getting stronger, I feel better physically, emotionally and mentally. I am a mom of three and making time for myself to attend these classes has been the best decision I have taken. I’m motivated by committing to going at a set time and can plan my and my families schedule accordingly.
I highly recommend this program.
I highly recommend these guys! The gym is welcoming and not intimidating, a great quality for a workout space to have. The instructors are helpful and give you guidance as you make your way through the circuits to make sure you're working out the right muscles and don't injure yourself in the process! Each day is different and the instructors keep the circuits fresh by mixing up the workouts with a variety of exercises, equipment, and intervals. Definitely worth checking this gym out!
Burke Mountain Boot Camp is great for so many reasons. The owners/trainers John and Eyal run a clean, organized, varied, professional circuit gym with different exercises each time so you always get an amazing full body workout. The atmosphere is welcoming & fun. The trainers are actively involved in every class, offering personal advice on technique while keeping the whole workout running smoothly, whether it's a class of 6 or 30. Hanna's cheerful presence is always welcome. I have been going about 3x/week for a couple of months now & improving in strength and endurance. Come on in and try it out!
FINALLY made it to a workout today! I’ve been hearing from a friend how great a place it is and also following on social media. I was impressed! For many years I worked out regularly with a group and have missed it so much. The trainer was very helpful. The positive energy and inclusive atmosphere makes it a place I want to call my new workout home! I look forward to getting stronger and fitter!
