This place has a really big sense of family and everyone has been so welcoming!! Not only are the coaches encouraging but they are committed to your fitness growth and goals!! They are family friendly, which allows me to bring my children when I work out. Definitely come check this gym out!!

I have been doing CrossFit for the last 2 years. I have been to different CrossFit boxes around United States when I travel and I previously main at the one in Ballard CF (Seattle).

I recently moved to the Vancouver area and lucky almost at the same time CrossFit Sea Level opened! At first I was scared that a newly opened gym wouldn't have it "sh*t" together, but boy I was wrong.

I first met with Andy when I was finding out more about the place and see if I could try it out before I commit to a gym. As all of us know, a non-ego, friendly, and motivating CrossFit box is very important! Andy offered me a free class to try out the gym and see its atmosphere. And I was genuinely surprised! Everyone I met there are very friendly and motivated to work out and super tidy place (which in terms helps me motivate myself to keep going every week). So I signed up right after and rest is history!

I have been going there for the last 3 months. Andy, as always, been pushing me to the limit while being patient! I got my first ring muscle up, rope climb, and legless rope climb there!

I found it hard to motivate myself doing the same old thing three to four times a week. Decided to try CrossFit because I heard it had something different everyday. Weightlifting and cardio at a fairly high intensity has kept me motivated in getting stronger, faster and better at doing each workout. Highly recommend trying out a free class! Andy will ensure the intensity is just right for you whether your first class or your 30th class. Andy is a very knowledgeable and patient couch.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad that I came. I just started doing Crossfit for a couple of weeks but I already feel stronger! Andy is a great coach because he’s very patient and supportive. I would definitely encourage those who are interested to give it a try.
