I bought a nearly $2000 BodyCraft rower, and it arrived, sadly, slightly damaged. Rick, Great Life's owner, came out to Abbotsford personally to try to repair the machine, and when we were unable to do that, he got the manufacturer to replace the machine - I think he might've also been stuck with the old one.

Very few business owners, in my experience, go to the mat for their customers. Rick and his sister, Michelle were professional, helpful, and empathetic from start to finish. Rick was in the moment with me in every interaction. He even took the time to make nutrition suggestions to augment the exercise machine in the overall effort I need to make to get into shape and lower my blood sugar levels to my doctor's satisfaction!
