SWR Drain Service Ltd

SWR Drain Service was phenomenal in terms of their work and their follow up.Had a major breakdown in my driveway of a city pipe that burst b'coz of the winter. SWR was prompt in responding and took care of everything from contacting the City to fixing it . They were very reasonable in terms of their pricing too. Special Mention to Paul and the SWR Staff , who were friendly and professional. Thank yo SWR, You guys were Fantastic !! I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat.

We've been in our house for 9 years and never had drain problems until recently. 3 weeks ago the crawl space flooded from the heavy rains. A contractor I know suggested I call SWR. I'm very happy I did. They came right out and their technician Shamar immediately spotted the problem. Within 2 hours the perimeter drains were running again. I didn't think I'd see them again for awhile but a week ago the kitchen drain plugged up. A totally different system. I requested Shamar again and 1 1/2 hours later the job was done. I'm very impressed Shamar and with the work this company does. And the bill was reasonable too!

With 6 inches of water in my basement when I got home I was a little shocked. I made a call into SWR and I was pretty stressed about what to do. Their reception got Joe to call me back in less than 5 minutes and I explained the situation. Joe and his team dispatched to my house immediately. When they got there, they knew exactly what to do and got at it, pumps deployed, scoping the drain line, found the blockage, dug it up got it flowing and the calmness with how they went about it was very reassuring. They saved my furnace and hot water tank from the brink. It was like a Drainage Sniper team showed up. From call in to drying basement was about 2 hours. Great guys, very professional.
