Both Associate at the printer aisle and cashier were friendly, helpful and approachable. Staff are on deck and ready to help.

Seams like 50-50 split of excellent staff and disinterest staff. But if you know what you want shopping is quick.

I’ve had mixed experiences going to this staples. I have admit most staff here is great! If you need ink for you printer, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. And the copy center is usually very helpful too. But recently they have decreased their staff load and now when ever if I there, I have to wait for a unreasonable amount of time to get a staff to help me with something ( that something being an error by their machines and not me lacking in knowledge in how to work things). This isn’t the first time that that’s happened. They need to hire more staff in the copy Center.
