We think Kelly is an outstanding plumber, who thinks outside the box....he has fixed some pretty tricky plumbing problems for us. He is a good person...a great plumber (the best) and does not overcharge. We have had other plumbers before we met Kelly, that overcharged and did not fix the problem...they also gave us a real run around when we tried to get them to come back. Kelly came in and fixed their shoddy work..for half the cost and in half the time! Hats off to Kelly - won't let you down - won't leave till the job is done properly.”

Rick, Great Life's owner, came out to Abbotsford personally to try to repair the machine, and when we were unable to do that, he got the manufacturer to replace the machine - I think he might've also been stuck with the old one. Very few business owners, in my experience, go to the mat for their customers. Rick and his sister, Michelle were professional, helpful, and empathetic from start to finish. Rick was in the moment with me in every interaction. He even took the time to make nutrition suggestions to augment the exercise machine in the overall effort I need to make to get into shape and lower my blood sugar levels to my doctor's satisfaction!
