My second time and both were great experiences. After a late night flat tire, the tow truck driver couldn't get the tire off to put on the spare, so we towed it to Short Stop Auto.
The next morning, I dropped the keys off and they got the car in as soon as they could. The tire was beyond repair. Instead of selling me a pair of replacement tires, they suggested that I go to a competitor to get a single tire. I asked them to put the spare on and went down to pick it up.
When I picked up the car, they said it was no charge putting on the spare and were very friendly.
I may have found my new local garage.
