No. 1 Collision Group (Granville)

My Audi A4 Allroad was involved in an accident. At the suggestion of the Audi dealer in Vancouver, I took the car to No 1 Collision. The service from beginning to end was amazing. I was so impressed by their facilities! Doesn't look like any body shop that I have seen before. The quality of work was fabulous and I think that the car looks better than brand new. Very happy!

Took my Tesla in to fix bumper damage last week. I initially met & spoke to Gurk, he answered all of my questions & made me feel at ease. My car was fixed in a timely manner, when I went to pick it up I was able to meet Steven in person, very pleasant and personable. Thank you to the team at No1 Collision-Granville. This is unbelievable but true. Yesterday I took my Toyota Yaris to No. 1 Collision on W 3rd Ave to get an estimate on repainting the bumper assembly. I was told they don’t service Toyota’s but a manager said he would look at it and give me an idea of the cost. Next, he said he would help me out at no charge!!! He managed to correct 90% of my concern and fixed another minor issue. His recommendation to not repaint was a good one and I have accepted. What more can you ask for!

This location is managed by an experienced Manager Gurk; he works exceptionally hard, and his coworkers are ready to assist you in getting your car fixed as quickly as possible. They work seven days a week to get your Luxury vehicle back on the road faster than any other certified facility. Overall a great experience from Gurk.

My car was in a collision, and No. 1 Collision didn't add more stress on top of that. They took care of my baby quite well. Gurk listens and took care of all of my concerns no matter how small.

One small negative thing I would say though, is that after the car was repaired they detailed it, but the detailing wasn't quite up to my standard. Some part of the interior were dusty. I had to clean it myself afterward. The bottom part of exterior was a little muddy. Which was because they had it detailed before their mechanic took it on a test drive. There are small paints on the window. Had to go back to have Gurk cleaned it. That being said, I don't think they did the detailing in-house.

Gurk personally took care of every small details I mentioned. I will definitely plan to be a long term customer and will use them for any other service they offers as well. Great job No1 Collision.
