“Their Festival of Lights during the winter time is probably the best light display in the city. The whole garden lights up with music and a light show in the middle of the pond. Food and drink stands can be found stationed around the lake; with a carousel ride towards the end. Parking is competitive and it gets very cold. Spent about 1.5 hours here.”
