  Less crowded.
  Food arrived slower than we expected.
  Quantity is average.
  Quality is fine too.

  The front of the restaurant looks hideous but the atmosphere inside is contrary, so don’t be wary. Portion are generous and I can guarantee there will be leftovers. The best dishes were the free range yellow chicken ( moist and tender and flavourful you won’t go back to regular bleach chicken !) beef & vermicelli noodle pot ( I just kept on eating I can’t stop ????) deep fried squid ( not rubbery at all) soya sauce steam fish (super tender ????????) and bitter melon was not too bitter at all as you could tell they pre-blanch it to wash that bitter taste before hand. I must say the chefs are pretty quick almost every dish come out one after another in several minutes apart. We had a total of 7 items and no need for rice. This place is great for family and friends gathering and worth the bucks!

  Came here with a group of 5 on a Sunday around 11:45am. They were quite busy so we ended up waiting almost half an hour. Come by 11 or after 12:30 if you want to avoid most of the rush.
  
  Food quality was decent - totally in line with other dimsum places in Vancouver - but the portions were massive! We ordered 11 dishes total between the 5 of us, and didn't finish everything. Despite the large portions the large dishes cost only 5 dollars.
