He renovated my parents basement suite and increased the value of their property by upgrading everything. He made the kitchen open concept by taking down a wall and adding beautiful wooden beams. He updated their bathroom by installing a completely new tub, new tiles, toilet, flooring and vanity. He made their suite completely sound proof so my parents and their tenants now have complete privacy and peace of mind. Mark updated their electrical as well. I was advised that their season is almost over, I can wait 2 weeks and likely they will all be gone or they can come out for a 1x service. They recommended that I wait and start treatments in May. I did exactly that. Contacted in May and started treatments, their price is fair, comes with warranty, follow up services and renews automatically so I don’t have to think about it next year.
