This is the only gym I've had a membership with and I LOVE it. The staff is super kind and the facility is nice and big. Danielle is usually at the front desk and she brightens my day every time i step foot inside, she even made me a birthday card and gave it to me at the end of my work out. Jimmy, the manager is extremely reasonable and professional, stand-up guy and always a pleasure to see

My wife and I are long time members. (over 20 years.) We are now senior citizens but enjoy coming down to work out in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. There is enough space and equipment to accommodate all members regardless of age, ability or fitness goals. Jimmy is very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife enjoys spending some of her workout in the women's only section upstairs. We recommend that you come and give this gym a try.

spacious old school awesome gym. I have been working out there for more than 8 months and always had quick access to all equipments with no waiting time. the owner and staff are nice. type of clients are kind of motivating you to stay on your track to get the same results.
