(February 14, 2020, 11:30 pm)I've been training at Port Moody Shotokan Karate for over a year and I find it’s a great learning environment. The instructors have a lot of experience and I’ve developed strength, confidence, flexibility in a short amount of time not to mention made some great friends :) Another good thing is they have a women's only class which is a great place when starting, everyone is so supportive, it’s fun and Chinami sensei is amazing!
