Picked up our car there closer to Christmas. The staff was helpful and did so much of the work (took off the old plates, made sure the car was empty of our belongings, putting the plates on the new car). They walked me through the whole process and were very helpful.
The car delivery itself went well, they showed me the basics of the car, enough for me to set it to my preferences and drive away safely. They gave me the time and space needed to check over the car, I did take a while checking over everything.
There was a scratch on my car on delivery that they told me about it before I even saw the car. They don't yet have the services at this location to handle the scratch themselves so they took their own photos and sent them to me. They had me book a service appointment, on their dime.
I gotta say, the service my mom and I experienced while we picked up our new Model 3 was nothing short of 10 star worthy!! My man Harun helped us out. He made sure we knew every little tip and trick before with left the Delivery centre in our new Model 3! There was a little bit of dirt on the front bumper while we were checking out the car, Harun grabbed his tools and made sure it was all cleaned up and ready to go!! 10/10 service. Thank you bro for making the experience of picking up this beautiful car unforgettable & the best service ever!
My pregnant wife and I were very excited to pick up our highly anticipated Model 3 today, and the 3 stars are warranted only due to Harun in delivery saving this experience. Harun deserves 10 stars if possible.
Picked up my model 3 sr+ from the new Surrey delivery centre, and let me tell you. Two different experiences in a day.
The contract signing person made a comment that we were late for our appointment, in the first snow storm in BC today, with several vehicles in ditches, I wasnt ready to risk my unborn babies life, or my wifes health to satisfy the delivery schedule after leaving especially early just to get there driving in from abbotsford. Secondly, the insurance guy was horrendous to deal with, every question we asked him wasnt answered in depth especially trying to get into business insurance, and when it was time for us to inspect the vehicle, he simply just waved us off to the side and said go, go.. utterly terrible customer service.
The 2nd part of our experience was the only good experience receiving this vehicle. Harun was awesome to deal with, informative, nice, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. What an amazing person, and to be honest if he was a manager or on a sales team this guy would of been the guy I would of loved to deal with.
When we dealt with the vancouver delivery team on another tesla model 3 we picked up in the summer, we had a wonderful experience with sales all the way to delivery. We were very disappointed with our surrey delivery of the model 3 after driving over an hour in the snow to get there just to be treated like that.
If you have the choice, pick up your new vehicle in Vancouver, as I have personally never experienced customer service as such where you are just rushed out of buying a brand new vehicle.
