“I was looking for a new hybrid bike to replace my vintage Rocky Mountain Hammer which has served me very well over the years. After much research I decided on the Giant Roam. I attended the Giant White Rock store on several occasions and spoke with Matt, Steve and Chris who answered all my questions. I finally ordered an XL frame in the Giant Roam last Thursday through Matt and wasn't expecting to receive it until sometime this week as it had to be delivered/shipped in from the Giant warehouse and assembled. To my surprise I received a call last Friday morning from Chris to say that he was in the shop early in the AM and assembled the bike and it was ready for me to pick up at my convenience. I went to the store in the afternoon and after adding a few accessories took my new bike home. Great experience all around. The 2 year free maintenance and 15% off accessories/parts etc makes a great deal on a bike even better!! Riding the new bike has been a lot of fun!! Thanks guys”
