“Been here quite a few times, the teas aren’t bad, fruit teas are good if you crave something refreshing. Staffs are generally nice and professional (explain the menu thoroughly, remind customer if ice/sugar level cannot be adjust for certain drinks). There are occasions which they raised their voices but is usually to people that have problem hearing through the acrylic stand and face masks. They’re always busy and appeared to be quite understaffed, only two and sometimes one person behind the counter. For me, the cause of a situation is always mutual, in which both parties take responsibility whether a experience is good or bad. I always approach with respectful attitude and they responded with mutual friendliness.”
