I haven't purchased a new pair of glasses in 3 years, and they were happy to walk me through the process. I have never used my student insurance, and I was clueless on how it works. An employee there was a student at the same university, so she was like "Hey, no worries. I just need your student number and you're good to go." The process was painless and chill. Would come back for a pair of prescription sunglasses.”
