A-maze-ing Laughter

Address: Morton Park, 1800 Morton Ave, Vancouver, BC V6G, Canada

Point of interest Establishment Tourist attraction

“Such a cute and funny art installation out in English Bay! My husband and I had a lot of fun taking photos imitating the artist’s facial expressions and body language. There’s always people here so if you want photos with no one in the background, the best time to go is in the morning before 10:00. We noticed that people tend to start their days a little later or they have already started their day early if they’re heading to the mountains. People also stay out pretty late in the summers since the sun doesn’t set until after 9:30 p.m. Have fun!”

“I cannot begin to explain how amazing Kyosei Business Coaching is. As someone who is learning business at a rapid-fire pace, they are still able to greatly organize the steps I need to take and keep me on track. They are understanding, kind yet firm, brilliant, and bring all angles to the business coach experience that I need to the table. They are also highly personable and there for you when you need them. I recommend them to people all the time. Honestly, do not hesitate to sign up with this dynamic team!”

David Oppenheimer Statue

Address: West End, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2, Canada

Point of interest Establishment

“Bust of David Oppenheimer who served as the second mayor of Vancouver from 1888 to 1891. It was established in 1911 with citizens' donations. Born in Bavaria, now southern Germany. Succeeded as a general merchant in an inland town during the gold rush. Moved to Vancouver in 1885 and demonstrated his talent not only in business but also in politics. Supported the development of Vancouver in the early days. The infrastructure that he worked on during his four-year term, including the establishment of a fire department, the ferry of the Burrard Inlet, the construction of trams, the extension of waterworks, and the opening of a public hospital, are all shaping Vancouver today.”
