“Checked out this new sandwich shop in White Rock. Tried their spicy crawfish sandwich, sausage and mango yogurt drink. Food was tasty, portions were generous and service was polite. The spicy crawfish sandwich had lots of egg and a decent amount of crawfish. Food took a bit of time (20+ min) to prepare since they newly opened. Hope this gets better.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, so inviting! I went with the recommended Mushroom pizza and I was blown away. Easily the best mushroom pizza I’ve ever had. Loved the texture of the dough too, just right. Excited to try their other pies, and wishing them success. White Rock’s super lucky to have such a preem pizza joint in their backyard.”

“Visited for our anniversary, had never been here before. Great location with a patio option, upbeat atmosphere, nice decor & view. We ordered the party tray for 2 — very basic sushi, but nice quality, flavor & presentation. Miso soup portions were kind of tiny — though they had a good amount of tofu, more broth would have been nice. Service was hurried and not that friendly, but didn’t detract from the overall experience. Didn’t love the noise & smell of traffic (as they had the front window wide open onto the patio & some clunkers drove by), but I don’t suppose it could be helped. Overall, we had a nice time and I’ll definitely consider coming back next time I’m in the area.”

“Hired this company for my father in laws celebration of life last summer ( 2021) at crescent park . We organized an outdoor bbq. Company was on time food was delicious ! We had burgers and salad! Burger patties were fresh and handmade so extra juicy! The communication via email was fast… it was Grace that was helping me. “Really amazing food. It tasted very homemade and authentic. Amazing flavour profile. The coffee and cocktails were also delicious. Decor is fun and nice art. I like that they use corn tortillas instead of flour. It is a bit pricey but I assume that is due to the quality of ingredients. You can tell that they use only the finest. The servers were also incredibly kind and welcoming. I always prefer to support small businesses and this is one I will be returning to if I'm in the area.”

“Great experience at THE BUND yesterday. We have planned to visit this restaurant for many times and finally we picked on Dragon Boat Festival to visit and make it special. You know when you have built up expectation for the experience, things may not as you hoped for. Not only it did let you down, this place over exceed your expectation. “Update: I’m changing my review from 1 to 5 star for the fact that the owners reached out to me just like they said they would in the reply to my comment. They sincerely apologized for the mis-communication and immediately offered to refund both the service fees and the tip. My intention wasn’t to cheat them so I accepted the refund for the service fees and politely asked them keep the tip. They even offered us another 15% off on our next visit. Overall the food and ambience were great and it’s right by the white rock pier. I’d definitely dine here again considering the warmth and response we were shown from the owners in the aftermath. ———————————— The food was good. Service was a little slow. The one star review is only for the fact that we felt cheated. We were a group of 6. They didn’t bring an itemized bill but just the card-reader. We ended up giving them 30$ tip only to later realize they’d already charged us 30$ as “service fees” additionally when they gave us the bill upon being asked just before we left the restaurant. So we ended up paying $60+ tip on $150 bill. Just the fact that it feels they did so on purpose seemed sleazy.”

She was able to make suggestions and alter the menu to suit our needs. Jaylene delivered the food in their well equipped van and she stayed to oversee, serve the food and did the clean up. She too was a pleasure to work with. The food was excellent and we had many favourable comments from our guests .”

“A really fun candy store. The prices are hit or miss, some stuff is decently priced and a good treat, while other stuff is so expensive even when it's from just across the border! I know it's "imported" but with the border opening up again, anyone with a passport can go to target and get the same snacks for half the price, even with the currency exchange. There were some really cool photo ops in there and it's just a neat store to look around in.”
