Aquarius Pure Water 2010

TL:DR - I strongly encourage anyone looking for any sort of filtration system. Cody is an honest, hardworking professional and great guy.

Details:
When we were buying a home with a well, we were referred to Cody to test the well water. As it turns out, the water contained high levels of arsenic, so Cody walked us through a collection of options before landing on a total home arsenic filtration system.

We placed the order, and Cody arrived with the equipment right on time. He didn't realize until he arrived that there was no drain, so he ended up having to route a drain hose the length of our garage, which he did very cleanly. After installing the arsenic filter, he tested the water in the closest faucet, only to realize that the water pressure was super low.

Long story short, he spent ages diagnosing several symptoms that ultimately led to the realization that none of the other (pre-existing) filters had been running without actual filter cartridges, and that all of our pipes are coated in thick scale. During his investigation (which was completely unrelated to the arsenic filter), he ended up having to go buy two new tools, and spent most of the day with us, working on problems that weren't his responsibility.

At the end of it all, he presented us with an invoice that was less than the quoted amount. It turns out he got a deal on the products he installed, and chose to pass on the savings to us. And then he spend the next half hour helping me understand all of the water filtration systems that we have installed.

Cody is a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing, he takes pride in doing a thorough job, and despite the chaos, he did it all with a smile on his face. And then he gave us a discount after all that. Crazy.

My experience with Cody was fantastic! Be careful though a company called Aqua Clear Water Systems Ltd. are scammers and will pretend to be Aquarius.
