Cory took great care of us, fixing and cleaning a gas fireplace that probably hadn't been serviced in decades - prompt, fast, friendly, all at an excellent price, and with such attention to detail, even touching up the paint! Great service from the office personnel to the install crew. They came in quick, did beautiful work installing our ductless heat pump and left the work area clean. Professionalism, efficiency and character was on point. I would definitely recommend JT Total Heating to anybody requiring the services they provide.
So happy with the entire gang and the process at Total Heating. Had A/C installed and gas hookup for our new gas range. The entire experience was very positive from the reasonable cost to the completion of the work. Very professional, the instal crew did an excellent job, cleaned up etc. Shaun came back to hook up our gas and set our stove up for us, neat and tidy and we felt he went the extra mile.
