“What a beautiful little spot brimming with local goodness. We went on a whim after hearing great things about their "Free Range Box." This needs to be ordered a day ahead of time; however, the very helpful and friendly lady working at the store helped us select a variety of delicious choices to custom make our own. As a result, we had the most awesome combination of cheese, crackers, and jelly spreads to make any picnic a stellar event. Also, when you go, take time to walk around the beautiful farm and displays. This place is a local treasure. 5 stars.”

“Very well run. Staff are very welcoming. The young guys working in the pits were friendly and helpful. Works in heats so groups don't have to wait too long until they race. The karts are quick. Each heat you get a different kart which is a great way to make it fair. Best track I've found in BC so far. Book ahead. Well done guys.”

“This course was a lot of fun and really enjoyed it. Sadly from when I went I was unable to explore the pirate mini golf section and the arcade as it was closed off for a tv show filming. The bumper boats is a unique and a lot of fun to drive around in! However, to me, this park seemed a little too busy and sunny for when I went. I really want to go again sometimes and do the surf 'n' turf course!”

“A wonderful volunteer run outdoor museum situated in a convenient location on highway 19a. It takes maybe an hour to go through and entry is by donation. This museum exhibits some well preserved examples of buildings and tools used to thrive in early 20th century Vancouver Island.”
