“Vengeance Fitness is Awesome !!! I have been going to gyms for over 30 years. This gym is the Cleanest , Friendliest, Professional Gym I have been to. The Staff are friendly, know who you are and always willing to help you anytime. The Equipment is Outstanding, Modern and all you will ever need. The Lighting is nice and bright, the ceiling is High and doesn't make you feel closed in. An Added Bonus : in the rear parking lot, there is an outdoor fully equipped gym as well for those nice warm Osoyoos days. Can't say enough about Vengeance Fitness. I love it, Jerry Duczek”

“I have taken a couple of beginner yoga classes with Yinet and it is always a great experience. Her studio is very welcoming and she is a patient and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She truly cares for her students' well being and has a variety of classes for all levels and abilities. She even has yoga classes for kids and my daughter is a regular participant! She loves it and uses many of the breathing and focus techniques to help her throughout the day whether it is to get more energy, to relax, to concentrate, or to help her sleep at bedtime. Highly recommend Mindful Studio +!”
