“I have taken a couple of beginner yoga classes with Yinet and it is always a great experience. Her studio is very welcoming and she is a patient and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She truly cares for her students' well being and has a variety of classes for all levels and abilities. She even has yoga classes for kids and my daughter is a regular participant! She loves it and uses many of the breathing and focus techniques to help her throughout the day whether it is to get more energy, to relax, to concentrate, or to help her sleep at bedtime.
