“A wonderful museum! The volunteer at the front was knowledgeable and very friendly. They have many interactive areas and not everything is behind glass. You can get up close and personal with their history and Canadian history. My kids had a wonderful time and learned a little something too!! An absolute must stop and see if you are in the Osoyoos area! Go in the morning though if it is in the summer, no central air 🤗”

“Not typically my kinda thing to go and see... but 2 coworkers in Alberta told me I had to go, that it was a highlight of their trips into BC. I have to admit, it easily became one of mine too. Very well done. The creators put a lot of imagination and passion into their creation.... and its huge. I'd go back 100%. Also.... look for the nude beach 😝”

“A hidden gem for sure. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the tour is fascinating. When we arrived the owner greeted us and was super friendly. We chatted for a bit before going exploring (see all the beautiful pics). This is one of my new favorite spots and I will be making it a regular stop for me when I am in town. The restaurant was not open so I now have something to look forward to for my next visit. Stop in and you won't be disappointed.”

“So much information and history. It is a fantastic stop and well worth your time. There is also a tea room that serves coffee, tea and hot chocolate, pop but also floats! They also have some wonderful lemon meringue pie, that is baked by a local lady, that is absolutely delicious!”

“Beautiful gardens. I took some breathtaking shots here. Its a real shame that the homeless folks hang out around here though. Better security would be great. That was my only real issue, but the gardens themselves are amazing. It is worth visiting.”

“A very well maintained cruise ship. The originality has been kept maintained. The model of the city built and displayed in the ship is very well done.”

“Small, but a nice place to visit in the spring and summer if in the area.”
Address: 9521 Wharton St, Summerland, BC V0H 1Z0, Canada
“Summerland has a lovely little downtown and more amenities than you would imagine. And all in close proximity to each other. They've got their act together at the museum. It's compact and comprehensive. Just big enough to be impressive and not so big that your kids will get restless. And the train upstairs is impressive to young and old. Good work!”
