Wow!! we got a chicken as well as a beef donair and the rosemary wedges, everything was cooked perfectly. and tasted amazing. the gravy was the best we’ve ever had. Owners are sooo friendly we will go back ! support local businesses

I've had Chicken Shawarma before, for a week straight, in the Middle East. Hot off the grill of the imagined hole-in-the-wall that most can only dream of opening while drooling over an episode of a Diners Drive-ins and Dives. I'm telling you that Donair Bear serves the best I've had since and that's comparing to near-absolute authenticity.

I've also opted for the Falafel a number of times now and its amazing with the half and half sauces and additional feta. The herb and spice combo in the Falafel is incredible and the portion size is perfect. There's absolutely no hiding the fact that the owners who fully operate the business care deeply about their product and that they will quickly become a Powell River staple!

If you're coming in off the ferry and need a quick bite packed with flavor and love, this place is ideal and they'll be happy to serve you the best street food on the Sunshine Coast, even if it is indoors!
