High Mountain Brewing Co. (Brewhouse)

If you're looking for a brewery restaurant with a good location in the heart of Whistler village, the Brewhouse is definitely worth checking out. However, be warned that the food and service are only average.
The appetizers we tried were decent but nothing special, and the same could be said for the main dishes. The pizzas were okay, but not as good as we expected from a restaurant with "brewery" in the name.
The service was also just okay - not bad, but not exceptional either. Our server seemed a bit indifferent and not very engaged with us or our table.
The atmosphere of the Brewhouse is pleasant and comfortable, with a cozy and rustic vibe that fits well with the brewery theme. The beer selection was decent, with some good options to choose from.
Overall, the Brewhouse is a decent option if you're looking for a place to grab a bite or a drink in Whistler village. However, if you're looking for exceptional food or service, you might want to look elsewhere

Scores must be wrong. We came here today with very low expectations as the average score from Google reviews were just 3.7. To be honest, we were trying to shelter ourselves against the 6F temperature. And I wanted a local beer anyway… so, we took a table nearby fireplace, and a very friendly waiter came to us. I ordered Salmon chowder, my wife and my son had Caesar salad with chicken. To share, a Canadian Poutine, a very delicious option. The beer was an Ale with 5% alcohol, quite good. Nothing to complain, everything was great.

We showed up at 8:30. The host told us that they stop taking food orders in 15 minutes and it would be about a 45 minute wait for food. We sat out on the patio and our server came and took our order within 5 minutes- food and drinks order. Our food was out within 5 minutes. Our server was still at the bar getting our drinks. Our server was beyond friendly. We had top notch service. The food was good (wings and real poutine are always winners) and the drinks were even better! We will be back!

Visited Whistler on Sunday in the middle of a holiday weekend and there were long queues at other restaurants, I suspect because the building is covered in plastic because of building work the restaurant was not that busy. Got a table strait away, had a couple of very pleasant lagers, a salmon burger and my wife had the butter chicken which we both enjoyed. Service was pretty quick and our server took the time to have a chat which was nice. Nice atmosphere inside and clean toilets. The open kitchen was a nice touch. Recommended, would happily visit again.

This is a rather unique ambiance with lots of seating and fireplaces with a English feel with lots of wood. It has a cute train above that goes around.
The large patio is under renovation so it will be exciting to see what the do here.
When you walk in the door you can smell the wood chips from the pizza oven. We ordered a cheese burger with a home made beef patty. It lacked a little flavour or zest. The salmon chowder was full of veggies and very good.
The server was a little interesting but got the job done well.
