SIDECUT Steakhouse

I’ve had breakfast here a few times and it was consistently delicious. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and terrific execution. The service was notably excellent. A tad pricey though, while the ambience could be better.

Had an incredible dinner experience during a recent stay at the hotel. The restaurant has recently been renovated and is gorgeous!

The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Don't miss the unique cocktails too! Everything was perfect. It was definitely worth the money for a special night out. I already can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I decided to take the risk and visit Whistler to celebrate my belated birthday and Valentine’s Day. This was our first outing since the pandemic hit so we wanted to pick a restaurant we would feel safe in.

We were so happy we made the decision to dine at Sidecut. The restaurant was extremely clean and there were panels set up between each table which reassured me the restaurant was taking every measure to ensure the safety of their customers.

Their cocktails and food are to die for. Every single piece of food and every beverage were prepared to perfection. However the cherry on top was definitely our server Jessica. From start to finish Jessica went above and beyond for all of our needs. I am an extremely picky eater and every one of her recommendations were spot on and exactly what I was looking for.

The energy and attentiveness Jessica gave is what made our dining experience a memorable one. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a dining experience that blew me away. I cannot wait for my next Whistler trip so I can make another visit to sidecut. This will definitely be my go to spot for dinner in Whistler!

One of the best meals i have had! Our server was beyond exceptional, he made sure we understood everything on the menu, in detail i might add. Our drinks were never left empty, our food came out very quickly, and the complimentary bread was to DIE for.

We arrived in Four Seasons Whistler late that night and head to Sidecut for a quick dinner. We were pleasantly surprised.
My husband ordered the steak which he thought was incredible (rib eye). I ordered the seasonal tasting menu...the parsnip soup and spare ribs were both great. Overall decent portions and value for money. I would definitely recommend Sidecut!
