“Working with Teresa has been the absolute BEST investment we have made as parents. We approached her with a 10 month old who for the past five months would wake up multiple times a night and want to stay awake for up to 1-3 hours at a time. We are neither first time parents nor are we new to sleep training yet nothing we tried could fix our daughter’s sleep. My goal in mind was working towards one shorter night wake but Teresa smashed all our expectations and had our baby sleeping through from 7:30pm to 7:00am on night 3 then again consistently from night 5 onwards. I honestly am still in disbelief that we are sleeping through the night before hitting the first birthday as our first born didn’t do this until 2-3 years old. Kind, compassionate and very non judgmental, Teresa is a dream to work with. She will work with you to create a fully custom schedule and sleep training plan for your child that is based on your comfort level and as gentle as you need it to be. We purchased the ‘Medium Maple’ plan which included unlimited texting and emails during working hours and this allowed me to check in with her every day as plans were derailed (as they tend to be with babies!). Teresa would make slight adjustments to our schedule daily depending on how nights and naps went. After 14 days, we now feel equipped to deal with everything from short naps to early mornings to ensure we still get that 11.5h at night. If you’re looking for a sign that hiring a sleep consultant is for you, this is it!! Sleep is so invaluable and you get so much for what you pay for here. Reclaiming our nights and moving past exhaustion has had such a positive effect on every aspect of our lives. I just wish we did this sooner!”

“This boutique-style hotel is under new management, and they have gone above and beyond to create an utterly amazing space. Some of the highlights of our stay here included a very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets, modern upgrades to decor (fresh paint, modern style furniture, new wallpaper), an amazing shower with both a rain shower head and a handheld sprayer, the bathroom has a mirror with its own light and a defogger button, separate guest-controlled heating in both the living area and bathroom, and while we didn't use an air conditioner there is one built into the wall. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly as well as accommodating. We got a spectacular ocean view room, and the wildlife in the inlet was so entertaining that we barely watched television. There were several species of ducks, birds of prey flying overhead, a heron, and seals. I hope other guests who come here appreciate how much effort the owner has put in, and I hope they treat the staff with respect and gratitude. We are sad to leave, and really hope to come back here again soon!”
