“Was at one of the larger big depot type of hardware stores and ended up not buying a thing as a result of the poor service and lumber selection. Fast forward to this morning and I am lucky enough to be served by Dave at the customer service desk. The friendly, knowledgeable Dave answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and recommendations as well as reminding me of a number of things to consider during my “raised veggie bed” project. Door to door, this is probably one of the furthest hardware stores from my house, yet moving forward this will be the only hardware store I frequent. Thank you Dave M.”

“I usually come here to buy footwear and workout gear! Great store, great employees however ... my basketball was flat and needed to be pumped. I came to the front of the cashier to ask if there was anyone that could pump air into my ball. The lady at the desk said the person was on lunch break and to come back in 30 mins to pump air in ball... I asked is there anyone else who could pump air.. (how hard is it to put air into a ball) shes like nope, theirs no one in that dept... Kinda ridiculous when its something so simple that she could of probably just done herself since there was another person at the counter and it wasn't busy. I was being polite but I didn't expect to get attitude...Least the Strawberry Hill store was willing to help me out.”
