“Rasha has been my pharmacist for more then 20 years, since she worked at Zellers. She is a great pharmacist and a kind and caring person. She always takes care of me calling me to make sure I don’t run out of my medication. If I don’t have refills she would contact my doctor on my behalf. She provides free delivery which is extremely convenient. Every time I am wowed by the service and personal touch I receive from her and her staff. In my opinion she is the best pharmacist in town!”

“Rasha Medical Clinic is conveniently located as the intersection of Pembina Highway and Grant Avenue making it great location with lots of parking. The clinic offer walk-in and the doctors also have patients. I would recommend becoming a patient so that can be guaranteed seeing a regular physician to guarantee your appointments. At the clinic is also a pharmacy which is good as this saves time because you can get your prescriptions filled in site. As a patient, I feel that the clinic doctors are personable, and I really fell they make time for you. I was going to a clinic that took walk-ins and found that this really affected and conflicted with the quality of service as the regular patients like myself were rushed out quickly because they just churned patients to fill their quota. That is the opposite experience I had with Rasha Medical Clinic. They really care about their patients and take the time to get to know you. As a patient, Initially I had some customer service issues with the front reception but brought them to Rasha who owns Rasha Pharmacy she's very much on site, on hands and she quickly rectified the situation and with re-training the front reception. I was happy that the owner (Rasha) had paid quick attention and was able to improve the service. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new physician to check out Rasha Medical Clinic. while you're there stop in and say hi to Rasha and let her know you're a new patient with the clinic.”

“I've been visiting the team at Pembina Vet Hospital for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. When we recently had a pet with a very rare disease, they were wonderful about explaining risk and extremely attentive and sympathetic. Ultimately, we lost her but the staff was so heartwarming and even wrote our family a lovely card with personal messages from all the staff that touched her life. In addition, I take comfort in knowing that the facility has an emergency staff/team (separate from the daytime company) and all my pet history and documents are on their files for efficient access. Of course, emergency costs are much more than regular but that is to be expected. Dr Hawkes and Dr Duncan have fantastic bedside manner and are dedicated to helping us make the best decisions for our family. I will continue being loyal to Pembina Vet Hospital with our current pets.”

“I was in Winnipeg visiting friends when I broke my glasses. At the same time I was having issues with my right eye. Didn't want to get new glasses until this was figured out. Dr. Nadine Shelton was able to see me without an appointment and she determined I had the wrong lens on the right side of my original glasses. Long story short - she was able to get me the new prescription and the amazing service at NV had me set up with new glasses before my flight at the end of the week. NV has the best styles at really great prices. Highly recommend checking them out.”
