“I experienced AMAZING customer service from Becca Rosky at the Polo Ralph Lauren factory store in Winnipeg. My family was visiting Winnipeg couple of weeks ago and after coming back to Toronto, we realized that one of the shirts we got was a size too big, and because we did not have the receipt, the Vaughan Mills store did not want to do an exchange for the right size. I decided to try my luck by calling the Winnipeg store to see if they would be able to find my receipt on their system, and I did not have high hopes as this is a big ask over the phone on a Sunday afternoon. However, after the initial store associate passed me over to Becca, she was super helpful and asked me questions in order to narrow down the search on the store system. I gave her the date, amount, and a tentative time of our shopping and she worked with that information to find us the receipt. Moreover, she scanned and emailed it for me to show to the Vaughan store. Customer service like Becca's is what makes people want to go back to stores and makes loyal customers. I sincerely wish her the best and hope that the management recognizes and appreciates her hard work and excellent customer service!”
