“I am shocked that there are a few negative reviews for this campground. This is the cleanest, family oriented, peaceful campground there is! I suppose if you were overnighting and expecting a drunken party, yes you went to the wrong place. The owners treat those who are there for recreation and fun like family. Rowdy, rude parties into the night are not permitted. Thank goodness! $5 per person for the activities and beach for a whole day is the cheapest entertainment we have found. Great concession and special events. The kids just loved it. We have yet to find a place that has an off leash dog park too. Don't let the troublemakers posting things that aren't true keep you from experiencing this great family fun campground!”

“5 stars! Family owned and run. When you campe here, for the season or just for the night, you feel like family! The bathrooms are clean, the office is clean, the beach is beautiful! I was blown away to hear it was man made! The snack shack has great food and snacks at a reasonable price!”

“I hiked the 2.1 km Ancient Beach Trail in Grand Beach. The trail was short and easy, although there was some one uphill section and one downhill section. The looped path followed through the peaceful forest. and it was a pretty hike to enjoy the nature. It took me around 30 minutes to complete this trail. There is an outhouse at the beginning of the trailhead. This is a great trail for beginners or those just wanting to enjoy a peaceful walk through the forest. Really enjoyed this one.”

“Newer campground with well tended sites which are neat and clean. Quiet during the week but on the weekend, parents let their kids drive quads, motorbikes and golf carts round and round and round the campsites which disturbs the quiet.Website says the sites are 70’ deep but my camper is 35’ and there is not 35’ extra space so perhaps they are including the septic tank and area with trees and foliage. Cleared space is more around 50’ long. Management is on site and are quick to deal with any issues. Sign out front says there is a splash pad, basketball nets, washrooms, laundromat etc. but these are future builds and not available as yet. Grand Beach Park entrance is close by so just a short drive to the water which is great. A family oriented place.”
