Water level was very nice this years so the falls were flowing awesome! Water was very refreshing! Not many bugs except for the good ol ticks! Love wood tick season! Also was a fair amount of ppl at the falls! Great to see!

(May 6, 2019, 2:44 pm)So scenic. You can just stand in/on the falls. I love just standing in the running water. Just be careful with the currents and under currents. Nice little hike in and around the spot. Pelicans and blue herons can be seen here. Great place for birding!
(March 7, 2019, 9:47 am)A friend and I did a winter hike there back in December. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and a great experience. If you come in the summer, there's some great day picnic spots near the edge of the water, and the sunsets are wonderful.
(December 14, 2017, 3:29 am)Easy to get to. There are X country ski trails in the winter. Neat little waterfall. Be very careful if swimming as there are strong undertows and currents.
