First time home buyers experience went so smooth with her. She is really knowledgeable and helpful. She took time out of her busy time to answer all my queries even after I moved into the new house. I would definitely recommend her if you want zero stress for your home purchase.

Great service. Warm, friendly, and very helpful. Highlight reel for me was:
- Informed me when she would be on holidays, briefed some one else on my file in case i needed assistance while she was away. Completely unprompted!
- Responded quickly to all emails or voicemail inquiries, stuck to her word when she committed to getting information/feedback, she always did.
- Great with paperwork, walked me through all the steps and simplified the more complicated items.
- Was not stressful to talk to, provided facts on different options and then her personal opinion to help me make my own informed decision

Overall, awesome to work with and will do so again in the future. Some issues leading into and after the possession date that steamed from the bank and some miscommunication on paperwork and expectations but Alex did her best to help me resolve it after the fact. Important to note that it was not her job to do so but was still trying to help me deal with the bank :)

Alex was phenomenal from start to finish and even afterwards when we had questions. She was professional and made us feel like we were working with a trusted friend. We were first time home buyers, not even looking to buy a home and we stumbled upon our dream home coincidentally. Not being pre-approved and having only a short time to get things together before offers were accepted, Alexandra worked swiftly and accurately to score us our best option. She took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and tailored her work to cover all of our bases, taking every detail into account. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and as stress free as was knowingly possible, she convenienced us and our schedule at every single opportunity, which was so helpful because I work shift work.
We basically sent her our documents and waited, and she did the rest, super quickly. If and when we have our next home I can't imagine seeing anyone else to get us through. This entire process was infinitely better than our close friends that had terrible experiences throughout their recent home buying experience, and had to shop around for their best rate. We didn't have to shop around at all, she took care of everything, and we ended up with a better rate. We are so fortunate that our realtor recommended Alexandra otherwise we would have missed out on this opportunity and probably lost a few years off our lives, or developed bald spots from ripping out our hair.  Keep doing what you are doing, you are so excellent at what you do! I would highly recommend. She was professional but took the time to know me and my partner on a personal level. She worked hard and everything we needed from her was done in a timely manner and was done thoroughly. Buying is home is stressful and extremely hard for everyone involved. Alex made us feel comfortable in making one of the biggest decisions we'll ever make and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us on our way.
