I didn’t feel welcome and had to go up and ask questions rather than feeling like I was approached. That felt a bit intimidating and I didn’t feel like I was wanted in the store as I was the only customer there. The store was decorated beautifully and had a unique selection of items, but I just felt unwelcome”

Love going there as they have a nice comforting environment that isn't intimidating. They have done a great job helping me repair my jewellery and I'm currently in the process of designing a ring with Peter. Love it so much so far! If you're looking for something in particular but don't necessarily want it custom, Esther does a great job at finding it :) I now go there for all my jewellery needs and will keep returning for as long as I'm here in Winnipeg!”
