Murray Beach Provincial Park Campground

Campground Lodging Park

“This summer was the first time I had ever heard of Murray Beach. The campground is very open but there are some sites that offer more privacy. My partner and I went on two separate occasions- one with a friend and the other was just the two of us. I cannot rave enough about the evening staff- GERALDINE!! What a superstar, she is!! She truly is a reason we will always continue to go back to this park. She has a zest for life and knows customer service. Our last night at the park was extremely windy- our tent was literally flattening. But, who cares?! It’s so majestic and beautiful there we didn’t even mind. Geraldine came down to our site, noticed our tent was in rough shape and she put us up in the rustic shelter. It was amazing! The sunsets are second to none and the place is wonderful! Thanks again Geraldine for your wonderful bake goods and hospitality :)”

“I travel everywhere I can with my 8 year old Chihuahua. Thank you for these Bark Parks, a very safe and clean place for my dog to walk freely without being near traffic. I’m always a bit amazed at the amount of pet friendly establishments, hotels, restaurants with outside tables, etc., even Customs Officers with a reliable supply of dog treats... It’s always greatly appreciated.”

Sandy Beach Tent & Trailer Park

Address: 380 Chemin Bas-Cap-Pelé, Cap-Pele, NB E4N 1J1, Canada

Campground Lodging Park

“If you only come for the beach you will not be disappointed. It is truly spectacular. They take the time to groom the sand and have many trash cans along the beach to make it easy to help keep it pristine. The full service site are we were in this weekend were ok (hence the 4 star). Very close quarters and I expect if you dont have nice neighbours both for backing into your lot and for sleeping, it would make things tough. It was a bit hectic with several people arriving at the same time. Will go back again next year....the beach is worth it.”

Fort Beauséjour – Fort Cumberland National Historic Site

Address: 111 Fort Beausejour Rd, Aulac, NB E4L 2W5, Canada

Museum Park

“I just enjoy military history and any Canadian history in general. My biggest disappointment with Fort Beausejour was the lack of information on site. The museum was closed due to Covid which I understand, but the plaques around the grounds were only minimally informative compared to other sites I've visited. However we were lucky to meet an amazing lady from Parks Canada who was doing her tour around the grounds and she was very friendly and informative. I just wish our federal government would put more resources into preserving this Heritage and history we are fortunate enough to still have fragments of”

Johnson's Mills Shorebird Interpretive Centre

Address: Johnson's 3K8, Dorchester Cape Rd, Johnson's Mills, NB E4K 3N7, Canada

Park

“This place is absolutely stunning! Definitely off the beaten path, but is a wonderful spot to walk around, walk on the beach and watch the tide come in. The staff were very knowledgeable about the birds. You do have to come at the right time of year and day though. Even if you don't get to see any birds, this place is scenic beauty that only the bay of Fundy can provide. There are several picnic tables setup, so it's also a great place to eat a lunch (if you packed one that is). This place is a hidden gem of New Brunswick. Admission is by donation. Parking is free and there is plenty of it and there is a washroom located by the parking area.”

“Best campground camping experience I've had in years! Beautiful forested location right on a gently flowing river that's great for swimming. As someone who likes to camp with a little more privacy, this place was a refreshing break from the jam-packed campsites at most other campgrounds nowadays. Would highly recommend for solo or families!”
