What's there to say? It's a very large Ford dealership.nice part is the public car wash.they DO treat you better and are much more ethical than West Herr In Getzville. That place is somewhere I would stay miles away from.

Hit & miss. Bought my 2012 Escape here & have only taken it here for all service. Quality of work done is hit or miss. Very happy with the Escape ( not my first Ford & not my first Escape) but not sure if I’d repeat both the vehicle & dealer. They used to send my service coupons but not for some time. All in all, quality of customer service could be better.

We have been going here over 10 years and family and i have bought several cars from them. Last one was last January. 2018
I feel like their customer service has gone down a lot.

However working with Dan in the service department was a nice surprise!!

I felt he went above and beyond to help me out and get questions answered and made sure everything worked well before giving my car back.

Came all the way from Ohio to look at a mustang I had enquirers about two days prior. Jadon was my sales rep and gave me every piece of information I needed and worked with me having an out of state bank. Was respectful of my time and my money in getting me the price I wanted. Cannot speak more highly of him and his team. Very refreshing car buying experience.
