Mercedes-Benz Of Buffalo

My husband and I were traveling in our little RV with a Sprinter chassis. We were traveling from SC to Canada on business and started having trouble with our wheel speed sensor. This affects the brakes and even the power of the motor. We called three other businesses that service RV's and none of them could help us. We called Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo and talked with Calvin. He told us to bring it in and they would try to evaluate it. We got there too late in the day so he asked us to come back at 8:00am and he would have their dedicated Sprinter mechanic look at it. They took it right in early the next morning. In 4 hours they had it evaluated, new parts replaced, and our vehicle was repaired and in excellent working condition. Unbelievable service for on the road repairs and having to work us in with their other customers. So very professional with expert personnel who knew how to get the job done. We wish this business was near to our home in SC.

I came across a few reviews of people having complaints, regarding service and especially the customer service. Well I didn't experience any issues with MB. I had extensive work done on my SUV. Power steering pump, reservoir, both back springs, and transmission work. I was told the work could be done but it will take a few days. I was given a loaner car and that was a nice gesture. The service representative (Greg), was very informative and kept me informed on the daily status of my vehicle. I was quite satisfied with the work done.
