He is so thorough in his work and really makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I just came back to Buffalo after being away for many years. Their new office is beautiful and the staff are still doing what they've always done- taking exceptionally great care of their patients. I am extremely particular when it comes to my teeth, and I can assure you that if you are the same way, this is the place you want to be.”

“Today I had my first appointment at VIP dental. First of all I love the cozy feel of the office. It reminds me of a condo in ellicottville, and made me feel comfortable and peaceful. My dental hygienist Susanne was a complete doll! I felt like I went to a therapy session... yes at the dentist. She was so sweet, caring and genuine and personable. The dentist was quick and to the point, which I don’t mind! Great place! I’m looking forward to going to my 6 month cleanings... and yes at the dentist!!!”

“I've been seen by Dr. Luzi for over 18 years, starting with a workers comp case. Dr . Luzi has always shown a great deal of concern, and a very high level of care. The first time I was prepped for surgery I was so nervous. Dr. Luzi looked at me and said, "Do you know Oh Canada?" After attending 20+ years of Buffalo sporting events how could I not? The next thing I know Dr. Luzi starting off a somewhat in tune rendition of Oh Canada. There I was, in the middle of the OR singing a slightly more slurred version (thanks to the anesthesia), but holding my own. I was fighting to stay awake just to finnish our ode to Canada. The last thing I remember was Dr. Luzi saying, "But can you sing it in french?" I doubt he'll be trying out for American Idol, but he did an excellent job on my knee. Your experience may differ, but as far as a caring doctor/surgeon you can trust . . . he's got ya covered.”
