“I can't say enough about how HAPPY we are with the wheelchair ramp that we got from Kolt!.. Lets face it, no one wants a wheelchair ramp on the front of their home. We had no other options. I was thoroughly advised on our options as far as size, and positioning on the front porch/ yard. We ordered it LATE Friday afternoon, and it was installed 12 days later!! We were told "2 to 3 weeks". Mom is elderly, and stopped 'walking' down the steps just recently. A ramp was needed. She sat in the window - like a cat - watching the install. The trucks weren't off our street, and she was outside going for a stroll in the neighborhood!... She's been outside EVERY day since!. Now she can have dinner outside on the patio - at the picnic table again!. Walt Sr. was great advising. Walt Jr. and crew were friendly, fast, and efficient!! -The only thing that would make us happier is to not have to have a ramp at all. Thank you!!!”

“This place is the best because I work here as my part time fun job. The workers who have been there for years (not many left) will tell u that the customer service has really been suffering due to changes in management and turnover in front line employees. There are still hard workers at this store who are awesome with customers. If you know how to shop for deals, you will kill it here. For small time, home improvement ppl, ppl who want to improve their homes on their own, this is the store for u!! Look for me at the cash registers (at least as of 9/19). I will tell u how it is.
