“I had an absolutely incredible experience renting my very first RV for a family camping trip here. It all started when the camper I rented through RVshare fell through (the owner sold the unit and returned my deposit leaving me with no camper) I was panicked looking for a replacement in short notice and I happened upon EZ Camp Rentals. Larry is TERRIFIC! The RV we were renting was near our destination the night before so he drove it out to our campground and was going to show me how it worked- that is until my car broke down on the way. We were much later getting there and he so graciously set it up, opened the awning and turned in the AC for us. All we had to do was move in ! He made our first RV camping trip a resounding success ! I’m so thankful we found EZ camp and look forward to working with him again next year for our new annual tradition! Also, the RV was newer, the amenities perfect and we were the place for all our our family to congregate during a wicked rainstorm .. I’d do this again in a heartbeat! Love this company!”

“My husband and I were traveling in our little RV with a Sprinter chassis. We were traveling from SC to Canada on business and started having trouble with our wheel speed sensor. This affects the brakes and even the power of the motor. We called three other businesses that service RV's and none of them could help us. We called Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo and talked with Calvin. He told us to bring it in and they would try to evaluate it. We got there too late in the day so he asked us to come back at 8:00am and he would have their dedicated Sprinter mechanic look at it. They took it right in early the next morning. In 4 hours they had it evaluated, new parts replaced, and our vehicle was repaired and in excellent working condition. Unbelievable service for on the road repairs and having to work us in with their other customers. So very professional with expert personnel who knew how to get the job done. We wish this business was near to our home in SC.”

“Sam Garafano the service manager is very accommodating and takes great care of customers. I've been there twice for tire work and he's always taken super care of me. I got to meet their techs Bobby, and Keith and they are really great too. Keith has taken care of my tires and always is careful not to scratch them, that's really nice. They have the newest state of the art tire mounting and balancing equipment so for any super low profile tires, they can handle it. They also have a great alignment system where I'll be headed once Winter is over. I highly recommend them!”

“I had a series of work done to my car. It took a little longer than expected so I was offered a loaner for any inconvenience. The Service staff of Kathy, Mark and Sam was excellent. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, Heidi at Info desk was very helpful and nice to talk to (she also made me aware of a Mini drive in October of this year).
