The Training Edge

I feel much more confident and prepared to defend myself if I ever need to. Plus I have just so much fun in practice and the culture between students and teachers is just phenomenal.

The environment is extremely welcoming, respectful, and friendly. The teachers care about each individual student and give feedback regularly. Every movement they've taught me has a very real practical application in dangerous situations. I'm so glad I've been able to learn from them.

Best decision I ever made! It's been a little over one year since I joined the Training Edge family. I've learned so much. I've gained so much knowledge, strength, amazing friends, mentors, and confidence.

What have a lost?
This gnawing feeling that if something physically should happen to me I'll be ill-equipped to handle it.
This feeling that as a female, I always need to travel with a man.

And the cherry on top?
Over 100lbs down.

My family's second home. From the moment we walked in the door for the first time we have felt nothing but an overabundance of love and positivity. EVERYONE from the owner to the fellow students are always there for you. They take the time to get to know you as a person as well as a martial artist. They want to see everyone become the best version of themselves in every area of life, and provide the discipline and the training to get you beyond where you ever thought you could be. The Training Edge has changed my family's life along with so many others. And it's not just the students. The Training Edge does so much to help the community as well. This truly is the greatest place on Earth, and they will be stuck with me and my family forever. I can't imagine not being part of this family.

Great place, very good at breaking down training which makes them extremely effective at teaching technique. Everyone is super friendly and respectful. I look forward to going to class every day!

Amazing facility. I was a student here for about a year and miss everything about it. I was a novice and learned so much from the instructors and Master Spoth. I'm hoping to go back and finish soon.
