Not bad for the price for an over nite stay

Unfortunately Larry is a disgruntled ex patron who the owners had removed because he did not pay his rent on time. Larry failed to mention that he stayed there for nearly a year and a half before he could not pay his rent, the owners were kind enough to let him and his friend stay while paperwork was being sorted out in social service, and when the stories/excuses became evident that they were not going to pay, the owners had them removed. I have lived at this location for nearly 5 years. The owners are very sweet and during the holidays provides a home made cooked meal to all the guests whether they have been there for 1 night or 5 years, Larry has enjoyed these privileges as well. Larry was removed from the property over two months ago and apparently still has nothing better to do then post inflammatory comments. Yes, this is not the Hilton, but the rooms are clean. Hena and Nargis's role is to get rid of the unruly, non paying tenants to make the living environment best for the rest of us. The rooms are inspected every 6 months by NYS and has passed inspection each time. Its a good value.
